Hart, was the managing Director of the then Gliksten West African Ltd; now known as John Bittah Company Limited , (a timber company situated at Sefwi dwinase in the Sefwi Wiawso Municipality. It is on record that it was he who freely released their machines to uproot trees on the site (as the site was then a forest) and graded the hilly land and for that matter levelled it for the construction of the college.
